Hours after trading ace David Price to the Blue Jays for three pitching prospects, Detroit sent closer Joakim Soria to the Pirates for Double-A outfielder/shortstop JaCoby Jones. Jones, 23, has a career .277 average in the minors with 34 home runs and 140 RBIs.
