Tebow smashed a 3-run shot in the fifth inning off Augusta Greenjackets right-hander Jose Morel over right-center fence to help lead the Columbia Fireflies, the Mets’ Single-A affiliate, to a 6-0 win Sunday.
The former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback is now 3 for 13 (.231) with two homers, two walks and five strikeouts in the minors.
Tebow went 4 for 27 (.148) for the Mets in nine spring training games.
